Exporters are required to pay the subscription fee as per Join TradeShow page. Payment must be completed via bank transfer as instructed by our representative upon registration.
TradeShow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if the payment is not made on time. No refunds will be issued once payment is processed, except where required by law.
7. Export License Verification
To ensure the legitimacy of all exporters on the platform, you must provide a valid export license when registering for the service. TradeShow will verify your export license before allowing you to list products or interact with buyers on the platform. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in the denial of your account registration.
8. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities
TradeShow connects buyers with exporters but does not directly handle transactions between the two parties. Buyers and sellers are responsible for negotiating the terms of any agreements, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
TradeShow is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages that may arise from transactions conducted between buyers and sellers.
9. Hyperlinking to Our Content
The following organizations may link to our website without prior written approval:
- Government agencies
- Search engines
- News organizations
- Online directory distributors
Other organizations may request permission to link to our website by contacting us directly. Approved organizations may link to our homepage, publications, or other website content, provided that the link:
